We only accept Paypal bacause PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. Your order will be processed after receiving your payment.
Time Production
Normally our standard production from 4 to 7days depending on the quantity of your order.
Shipping
We can ship for free to any address in the world. Customer can receive the products at their door step. We will send your order using express mail service provided by Indonesian mail service and takes around 7 days depending on the country.
Cancellation of Transaction
Transaction can only be canceled if we have received the money and the products have not been sent. For canceled transaction will cost 2% from amount of payment. Cancellation of transaction can only be through e-mail. Cancellation because of increasing of price, sold out stock or mistaken of product specification is not imposed by any expense and money will be returned. Return of transaction ( refund) can only be done by their account . The need of returning by other account is required the statement.
Return Policy
We do our best to provide excellent products to satisfy our customers and try to minimize the need for return. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we will make it right or refund your money. Simply send back your product within 30 days and a detailed description of the problem. Costs bear to the customer. We will check thouroughly the return items before sending the refund.
